Refunds
At Shefa medpoint Aesthetic Clinic, we provide high-quality medical, aesthetic, dental, ophthalmology, LASIK, and cosmetic gynecology treatments using advanced technology and experienced specialists. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.
By booking or undergoing any treatment at Shefa medpoint Aesthetic Clinic, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
General Refund Policy
All consultations, diagnostic assessments, and medical evaluations are non-refundable.
Payments made for aesthetic, medical, dental, ophthalmology, LASIK, or cosmetic gynecology treatments are non-refundable once the treatment has started.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Shefa medpoint Aesthetic Clinic management.
Any approved refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 14–30 working days, subject to bank or payment gateway policies.
Aesthetic & Cosmetic Treatments Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of aesthetic procedures, no refunds are provided once a treatment session has been initiated or completed.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Botox injections
- Dermal fillers (including Juvederm, Restylane, Teosyal, Stylage)
- Sculptra
- Skin boosters
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy
- Mesotherapy
- Chemical peels
- HydraFacial
- Carbon laser peel
- Fractional laser treatments
- RF skin tightening
- HIFU
- Thread lift
- Fat dissolving injections
- Body contouring and fat reduction treatments
- Tattoo removal
- Acne and acne scar treatments
- Pigmentation and melasma treatments
- Anti-aging and skin rejuvenation procedures
Unused sessions from packages are non-refundable but may be adjusted or rescheduled within the package validity period, subject to clinic approval.
Ophthalmology & LASIK Refund Policy
All eye care treatments and procedures are strictly governed by medical protocols.
Non-refundable services include:
- Ophthalmology consultations
- Eye examinations and diagnostics
- LASIK eye surgery
- Femto LASIK
- PRK
- SMILE eye surgery
- Cataract evaluation and surgery
- Glaucoma evaluation and management
- Retina treatments
- Dry eye treatments
- Vision correction procedures
Once pre-operative assessments or surgical procedures have commenced, no refunds will be issued.
Cosmetic Gynecology Refund Policy
Cosmetic gynecology treatments involve customized medical care and cannot be refunded once initiated.
This includes:
- Laser vaginal tightening
- Vaginal rejuvenation treatments
- O-Shot
- G-Shot
- PRP for intimate health
- Vaginal dryness treatment
- Stress urinary incontinence treatment
- Intimate area whitening
- Labia tightening and rejuvenation
Any package or session once started is non-refundable.
Dental Treatments Refund Policy
Dental treatments are non-refundable once treatment planning or procedures begin.
This includes:
- Dental consultations and X-rays
- Teeth cleaning and scaling
- Teeth whitening
- Dental fillings
- Root canal treatments
- Crowns and bridges
- Dental veneers
- Dental implants
- Orthodontic treatments (braces and aligners)
- Smile design and cosmetic dentistry
Laboratory-based dental procedures and customized dental appliances are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture of the paid amount.
Repeated no-shows may restrict future bookings.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances such as:
- Medical contraindications identified by our doctors before treatment initiation
- Clinic-side cancellation where an alternative appointment cannot be provided
Supporting medical documentation may be required.
Promotional Offers & Packages
Treatments purchased under discounts, promotions, or special offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Complimentary or free treatments included in packages have no cash value.
